Counselling is charged by the 'Counselling Hour' which - as you'd imagine is an hour long. This is made up of 50 minutes of counselling work and 10 minutes of administration and settling in.

For a counselling session we charge £40. This covers all of our overheads including room hire.

We want to make counselling as accessable as we can, so we can tailor your sessions to suit your situation, try to minimise your travel costs by using our various venues and consider the client's needs in everything we do.
